Airline Pilot - Wide-Body Airbus
The ideal candidate possesses a distinguished aviation background and a passion for safety and operational excellence. He or she must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 7,000 hours of total flight time.
- A minimum of 2,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit jet aircraft (defined as aircraft with a Flight Management System (FMS) coupled to an Automatic Pilot Flight Director System (APFDS)).
- A minimum of 2,000 PIC hours on any Airbus wide-body Fly-By-Wire (FBW) aircraft.
- A valid type rating on any Airbus wide-body FBW aircraft for a minimum of two months from the date of joining.
- An unrestricted and current International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Experience flying any Airbus FBW aircraft within the last 12 months.
- An unrestricted and current Class 1 medical certificate.
- Must not be older than 59 years of age at the time of joining.
- Current TRE/TRI rating is advantageous.
- English language proficiency (written and verbal) at Level 4 or better.
- For flight hours accumulated on flights with in-flight relief, 75% of the total hours will be counted towards the required minimums.
