Endeavor Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines operating as Delta Connection, is seeking an Operational/PBS SAFA to join their team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role focuses on supporting Flight Attendants by enhancing operational performance and assisting with Private and Benefits Scheduling (PBS) bidding, contributing to the smooth operation of regional jet services across their network.
About the Role
The Operational/PBS SAFA is a critical support position designed to assist Flight Attendants in optimizing their operational experience and managing their PBS bidding. This role involves detailed analysis of concourse activity, real-time problem-solving to ensure on-time departures, and providing expert guidance on PBS bid options, scoring, and monthly reviews. The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert in areas related to base initiatives, goals, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Compile, report, and trend concourse activity.

Assist Flight Attendants with on-time departures and real-time problem resolution.

Guide Flight Attendants through PBS bid options, scoring, point values, and monthly bid package reviews.

Provide support for Flight Attendant online account logins and SkyPro or website inquiries.

Support base events, initiatives, and organizational goals.

Develop expertise in areas relevant to base initiatives, goals, and on-time departures.

Complete additional duties as assigned by Inflight Base Management.
Qualifications

Must be an active Flight Attendant with a minimum of 9 months of service with Endeavor Air.

May not concurrently hold another SAFA position.

Must reside within the domicile they will be working.

Must have no Active Discipline recorded in their employee file.

Must demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and organizational skills.

Must be available to attend initial and annual recurrent PBS training in MSP.

Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency with SkyPro and general technology.

Must be available to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to embrace new ideas and encourage crewmembers to do the same.

Must possess the ability to interact professionally and positively with all work groups and customers.

Must be prepared to wear a uniform in compliance with the Flight Attendant Style Guide.

May be required to fly to maintain operational integrity.
