Endeavor Air | Flight Attendant

Endeavor Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines operating as Delta Connection, is seeking an Operational/PBS SAFA to support Flight Attendants at its Minneapolis, Minnesota headquarters. This role is crucial for enhancing operational performance and assisting crewmembers with PBS bidding and related systems.

About the Role

The Operational/PBS SAFA plays a key support role for Flight Attendants, focusing on improving operational efficiency and providing assistance with the Personal Scheduling (PBS) bidding process. This position involves detailed analysis, real-time problem-solving, and serving as a subject matter expert for various inflight initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Compile, report, and trend concourse activity.
• Assist Flight Attendants with on-time departures and real-time problem resolution.
• Support Flight Attendants with PBS bid options, scoring, point values, and bid package reviews.
• Aid Flight Attendants with online account logins, SkyPro, and website inquiries.
• Contribute to base events, initiatives, and goals.
• Develop expertise in areas related to base initiatives, goals, and on-time departures.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Inflight Base Management.

Requirements

• Must be an active Flight Attendant with a minimum of 9 months of active service with Endeavor Air.
• Prohibited from holding other SAFA positions concurrently.
• Must reside within the domicile for which they are working.
• Must not have any Active Discipline recorded in their employee file.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Must be available to complete initial and annual recurrent PBS training in MSP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required.
• Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency with SkyPro and general technology is essential.
• Ability to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess the ability to embrace new ideas and encourage crewmembers to do the same.
• Must interact professionally and positively with all work groups and customers.
• Will be required to wear a uniform in compliance with the Flight Attendant Style Guide.
• May be required to fly to maintain operational integrity.

Qualifications

• Active Flight Attendant status with at least 9 months of service.
• No concurrent SAFA positions.
• Residency within assigned domicile.
• Clear disciplinary record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Intermediate to advanced SkyPro and technology skills.
• Availability for PBS training.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
