About the Role
The Senior Flight Attendant serves as a key advisor to the Chief Pilot on all aspects of flight attendant safety, management, and policy. This role involves assisting the Trip Captain with flight operations and sharing responsibility for the safety of passengers and the aircraft cabin. Key duties include ordering aircraft catering, administering training for contract flight attendants to uphold high standards of safety, service, and efficiency, and managing cabin inventory and passenger-specific needs.
Responsibilities

Advise the Chief Pilot on flight attendant safety, management, and policy.

Assist the Trip Captain in flight conduct and ensure passenger and cabin safety.

Responsible for ordering all aircraft catering and serving food and beverages.

Administer training for contract flight attendants to ensure flight safety, customer service, and efficiency.

Maintain stock inventories and passenger special need lists.

Perform operational duties including adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Crew Resource Management (CRM).

Provide primary in-flight support during aircraft emergencies and life-threatening conditions.

Ensure the aircraft is properly stocked, catered, and presented before passenger boarding.

Maintain cabin cleanliness during and after flights.

Manage administrative tasks including passport and visa maintenance, and audiovisual equipment management.

Assist with crew scheduling and contribute to the development of inflight service plans and manuals.

Provide input on cabin design specifications for new aircraft purchases.

Oversee aircraft cabin stock room inventory rotation and ordering.

Develop and conduct in-house flight attendant training seminars and focus discussions.

Assist in the initial training of newly hired and contract flight attendants.

Act as a mentor to non-Senior Flight Attendants.
Qualifications

A minimum of five years of related work experience as a corporate or private flight attendant with extensive international experience is required.

Possession of a current first aid card and AED/CPR qualification is necessary.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Demonstrated customer service skills and a thorough working knowledge of food service and passenger relations.

An aviation training or management-related background is desirable.
