Minimum Qualifications & Experience for Airline Pilot Candidates:
- Licensing & Medical:
- Possession of a valid EASA Part-FCL Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency:
- Demonstrated English Language Proficiency (ELP) at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- Type Rating & Flight Time:
- A current or recently expired (within one year) Airbus A350 or A330 type rating is a key requirement.
- A minimum of 1000 hours flight time in type.
- Specific flight time includes at least 1000 hours on the Airbus A350, or a minimum of 2000 hours on the Airbus A330.
- Prior possession of an Airbus A320 type rating is considered advantageous.
- Documentation:
- Comprehensive proof of flying experience, including current simulator and line checks, must be provided upon application.
- Language Skills:
- Very good German language proficiency (minimum C1 level).
- Excellent English language proficiency (minimum B2 level, compliant with ICAO Level 4).
- Personal Attributes:
- An impeccable professional reputation is essential.
- An honest, team-oriented personality with demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Possession of a valid passport is required for international operations.
