Responsibilities
The Airline Captain holds overall responsibility for the secure and efficient conduct of flight operations, including the effective leadership of the flight crew. The Commander is expected to:

Qualifications & Requirements
Prospective candidates for the Commander position must demonstrate exceptional leadership, teamwork capabilities, and meet the following stringent criteria:
- Possession of an EASA ATPL license with an A350 Type Rating.
- A minimum of 5000 flight hours, with significant experience in long-haul operations.
- A minimum of 1500 hours of Commander experience on Airbus A3XX aircraft.
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Excellent proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and English (B2 level/ICAO Level 4).
- Must be a Swiss citizen or a citizen of an EU-27/EFTA member state.
