About the Role
Jet Aviation is seeking a highly experienced and service-oriented Cabin Attendant for its Business Aviation operation in Singapore. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized travel experiences to VVIP passengers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, hospitality, cabin presentation, and service excellence. The successful candidate will be adept at anticipating passenger needs, maintaining discretion, and ensuring a refined cabin environment.
Responsibilities

Ensure passenger safety, cabin load, and galley operations in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual (FOM).

Serve as the primary communication link between passengers and flight crew.

Deliver personalized and discreet service, anticipating passenger preferences.

Maintain a warm, refined, and comfortable cabin environment.

Participate in cabin crew briefings and adhere to flight-specific procedures.

Conduct thorough checks of safety, cabin, catering, and other equipment.

Prepare the cabin prior to flights, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Manage catering arrangements and ensure appropriate stocking based on passenger requirements.

Maintain and monitor on-board supplies, amenities, and equipment.

Conduct post-flight cabin checks and prepare for subsequent flights.

Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.

Comply with FOM, Air Navigation Order (ANO), company policies, and aviation regulations.

Represent the company with professionalism and impeccable service standards.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 consecutive years of experience with an international airline.

Extensive Commercial Business Class experience.

Demonstrated experience delivering highly personalized service to high-net-worth individuals, VVIPs, or discerning clientele.

Strong understanding of cabin safety procedures and operational standards.

Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette.

Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and irregular flight patterns.
Qualifications (Advantageous)

Previous experience in Business Aviation, Corporate Aviation, First Class, or Private Jet operations.

Private Jet or VVIP cabin experience.
