Position Summary
Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cabin Attendant to ensure the utmost comfort, convenience, and safety of passengers aboard its fleet. This pivotal role encompasses comprehensive in-flight service, meticulous catering management, and a range of administrative and training responsibilities when not airborne. Key Responsibilities
- Ensures passenger safety and comfort by conducting pre-flight checks, providing safety briefings (Part 91 flights), and diligently monitoring compliance with federal regulations during flight operations.
- Acts as a primary resource during aircraft emergencies, medical emergencies, or evacuations, proficiently operating all emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen apparatus, and automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
- Manages all aspects of in-flight service, including planning, ordering, shopping, preparing, and serving exquisite meals and beverages. Creates and prints bespoke menus and weather cards.
- Maintains an impeccably clean and orderly cabin environment, coordinating with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews to ensure the aircraft meets the highest standards prior to each flight.
- Assists passengers with various needs, including carry-on luggage, seating arrangements for adults and children (including those with disabilities or requiring restraint systems), and operation of advanced cabin management systems such as entertainment, high-speed data, and phone capabilities.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive inventory of cabin, lavatory, and galley stock, proactively sourcing new vendors and coordinating interior item acquisition based on the Owner's request.
- Reports all cabin discrepancies and maintenance issues to the Pilot in Command for timely resolution and documentation.
- Performs administrative duties such as updating client profiles, preparing post-trip and catering reports, managing expense accounts, and maintaining aircraft-specific manuals and other essential paperwork.
- Receives guidance from the Pilot in Command for daily operational requirements.
- Attends and maintains currency in all mandatory training, including annual recurrent safety, medical, and company indoctrination.
- Represents Jet Aviation professionally, both internally and externally, with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the broader General Dynamics network.
- May supervise or provide training to contract or part-time cabin crewmembers as required.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of four (4) years of progressive work experience in a similar corporate or private cabin attendant role.
- At least two (2) years of demonstrated experience in culinary arts and/or high-end food service.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Current Flight Safety International or equivalent Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training certification.
- Possession of MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or equivalent CPR and AED certifications.

Working Conditions
The role requires an individual capable of performing duties in varied environments, ranging from upscale customer areas to a dynamic aircraft maintenance hangar. The Cabin Attendant must be comfortable with moderate to occasionally loud noise levels, potential exposure to aircraft vibrations and fuel fumes, and working across diverse weather conditions. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, sitting, and occasional climbing or balancing, with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception, are essential.
