Key Responsibilities
The Lead Captain takes ultimate responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft and the management of the flight crew. Primary duties include:

Ensuring safe and efficient flight operations, including comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight inspections.

Conducting meticulous flight planning, weather analysis, and route assessment to make informed operational decisions.

Providing mentorship and guidance to crew members, including conducting performance reviews and coordinating training schedules.

Promoting a robust safety culture through adherence to industry best practices and conducting professional passenger briefings.

Managing all flight-related documentation, maintaining aircraft manuals, and assisting with crew recruitment.

Collaborating with maintenance teams to promptly address and resolve aircraft discrepancies.

Maintaining an expert-level working knowledge of all aircraft systems to ensure precision during flight operations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

Certification:
Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

Medical:
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Flight Experience:
Minimum of five years in aviation with 3,500 hours of total fixed-wing time.
