Position Summary
Jet Aviation is seeking a dedicated Cabin Attendant to deliver an unparalleled level of service at 45,000 feet. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure the comfort, safety, and discretion of high-profile passengers, managing every aspect of the in-flight experience from pre-flight preparation to post-flight documentation. The Cabin Attendant acts as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of hospitality and confidentiality while representing Jet Aviation’s core values of trust, honesty, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Flight Operations:
Collaborate with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth operations, conduct pre-flight cabin checks, report maintenance needs, and maintain a pristine aircraft environment.

Passenger Safety & Comfort:
Manage cabin systems, assist with luggage and seating, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. Provide safety briefings and command the cabin during emergency or medical situations.

Cabin Maintenance & Service:
Maintain a luxurious and organized cabin, manage supplies, source vendors, and prepare and serve personalized meals and beverages.

Administrative Duties:
Update client profiles, complete post-trip reports, manage expense accounts, and maintain required aircraft manuals and training certifications.

Supervisory & Training:
Mentor contract or part-time crew members and represent the company to industry groups and regulatory bodies.
Candidate Requirements

Credentials:
Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training required. MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent required.

Experience:
Minimum of four years in a similar role, including at least two years of culinary or high-end hospitality experience.

Education:
High school diploma.

License:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Age:
Minimum 21 years of age.

Flexibility:
Ability to work a variable schedule, including extended trips, weekends, and holidays.

Global Readiness:
Willingness to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
The role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, and crouch. Candidates must be capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting. The work environment varies from upscale customer spaces to maintenance areas, with exposure to aircraft noise, vibrations, and varying climate conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
