Job Summary
Deliver an unparalleled level of service at 45,000 feet as a Cabin Attendant in private aviation. This elite role ensures the comfort and discretion of high-profile passengers while creating a personalized and luxurious in-flight experience. Responsibilities include pre-flight preparation, post-flight follow-through, anticipating client needs, managing high-end catering and cabin presentation, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth flight operations.
- Conduct preflight cabin checks and report maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with crews to maintain a pristine aircraft.
- Assist with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements, including for children and passengers with disabilities.
- Operate safety equipment.
- Ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations for Part 91 flights.
- Deliver safety briefings as advised by the PIC.
- Assist or command the cabin in the event of an aircraft or medical emergency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious cabin.
- Manage bedding and supplies.
- Source vendors.
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences.
- Update client profiles.
- Complete post-trip reports.
- Manage expense accounts.
- Maintain aircraft-specific manuals.
- Stay current with all required training.
- Lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members.
- Represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training.
- MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent.
- Four years of experience in a similar role.
- At least two years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles, including extended trips, holidays, and weekends.
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for collaboration.

Physical Requirements
- Perform tasks requiring regular use of hands, standing, walking, and sitting.
