Position Summary
Jet Aviation is seeking a professional Cabin Attendant to deliver an unparalleled level of service in private aviation. The successful candidate will ensure the comfort, safety, and discretion of high-profile passengers while creating a personalized and luxurious in-flight experience. This role involves taking ownership of all pre-flight preparation, in-flight service, and post-flight requirements, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Flight Operations:
Collaborate with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth operations, conduct pre-flight cabin checks, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with crews to maintain a pristine aircraft.

Passenger Safety & Comfort:
Manage cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements; operate safety equipment; ensure passenger compliance with Part 91 federal regulations; deliver safety briefings; and command the cabin during aircraft or medical emergencies.

Cabin Maintenance & Service:
Maintain an organized, luxurious cabin environment; manage interior supplies; source vendors; and prepare and serve high-end meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain client profiles, complete post-trip reporting, manage expense accounts, and ensure aircraft-specific manuals and required training remain current.

Supervisory & Training:
Mentor contract or part-time crew members and act as a Brand Ambassador for Jet Aviation to industry groups and regulatory bodies.
Requirements

Education:
High school diploma required.

Certification:
Must hold Flight Safety International (or equivalent) corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training and MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification (or CPR/AED equivalent).

Experience:
Minimum of four years in a similar role, including at least two years of culinary or high-end hospitality experience.

Age:
Must be at least 21 years of age.

License:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Flexibility:
Ability to work a variable schedule including extended trips, holidays, and weekends; willingness to travel worldwide with no restrictions.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be capable of frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting. The role requires regular standing, walking, sitting, and occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching. Must possess the ability to maintain sharp vision across various ranges and depths and be comfortable working in environments with high noise levels, vibrations, or exposure to fuel fumes.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000, determined by experience, location, and other relevant factors.
