Position Summary

Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Cabin Attendant to deliver an unparalleled level of service at 45,000 feet. In this elite role, the successful candidate will ensure the comfort, safety, and discretion of high-profile passengers while creating a personalized and luxurious in-flight experience. Responsibilities range from pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-through, requiring total ownership of cabin presentation, high-end catering management, and the highest standards of hospitality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flight Operations: Collaborate with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure safe operations, conduct pre-flight cabin checks, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with crew members.
  • Passenger Safety & Comfort: Manage cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements; provide safety briefings; ensure compliance with Part 91 federal regulations; and command the cabin during emergency situations.
  • Cabin Maintenance & Service: Uphold a pristine cabin environment, manage supplies and bedding, source vendors, and prepare and serve high-quality meals and beverages tailored to client preferences.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain client profiles, complete post-trip reports, manage expenses, and keep aircraft-specific manuals current.
  • Leadership: Mentor contract or part-time crew members and act as a brand ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Certifications: Flight Safety International (or equivalent) corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training; MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of four years in a similar role, including at least two years of high-end hospitality or culinary experience.
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended trips.
  • Global Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

The role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, and crouch. Candidates must be capable of frequently lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting. The work environment varies from upscale cabins to maintenance hangars, involving potential exposure to vibrations, noise, and fuel fumes.

Compensation and Benefits
