Position Summary
Jet Aviation seeks a Captain to command the skies in a private aviation environment. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of state-of-the-art aircraft, leading a professional crew, and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients. The Captain will navigate domestic and global routes, adapt to changing conditions, and uphold the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate required.
- FAA First Class Medical required.
- 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time.
- 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command.
- 1,500 hours Multi-Engine.
- 500 hours Turbo-Jet.
- 500 hours Turbine.
- 100 hours Night.
- 75 hours Simulated Instrument.
- High school diploma required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a variable schedule.
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
- Appropriate Aircraft type rating and currency.

Responsibilities
- Command assigned flights, making critical decisions for safety and compliance.
- Ensure precise operation of aircraft systems and manage flight plans.
- Adapt to changing flight conditions to guarantee a seamless travel experience.
- Perform functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as applicable.
- Conduct or assign passenger safety briefings.
- Support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and uphold security commitments.
- Record and report aircraft discrepancies.
- Manage trip documentation, aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork.
- Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and dedication to service.
Physical Requirements
- Regular use of hands, standing, walking, sitting.
- Occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
- Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting.
- Sharp vision across various ranges and depths.
Work Environment
- Operate in diverse environments, from maintenance areas to customer spaces.
- Experience dynamic aircraft arrival and departure atmosphere.
- Occasional exposure to high noise levels, vibrations, and fuel fumes.
