Cabin Crew Job Description

Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew member plays a vital role in creating a positive and memorable travel experience for every passenger. This includes:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment on board the aircraft.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing passenger needs.
- Delivering in-flight services, including beverage and food service.
- Effectively communicating with passengers and crew members.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) in height without shoes.
- Must be able to pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical examination.
- Must be fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Must not have any visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck, or any tattoos that are deemed offensive or inappropriate that cannot be covered discreetly, including piercings.
- Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool, tread water, and inflate a life jacket unaided, without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool. Additionally, the candidate must be able to climb into a survival raft from the water.
- Must be confident in a customer-facing role, with 3 months experience in a customer or people-facing role.
- Must have the continuing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat which consists of a shoulder harness and lap belt.
- Must have the right to live and work in the country of application with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network. (Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship for international applicants does not apply.)
- Must live within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be available to work early morning and late evening flights as required by the operation.
- Must be able to sell, handle, and dispose of alcohol and alcoholic products.
- Must be able to upload a CV and passport as part of the online application.
