Role Requirements

Prior flying experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn, exceptional interpersonal skills, and customer service abilities. Three months of prior experience in a customer or people-facing role is preferred.

Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory. Applicants must possess the right to work and live in the UK, a valid passport, and unrestricted travel access within the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network. Please note that Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship for international applicants is not applicable. Tattoos are permitted, provided they are not visible on the head, face, or neck. Any tattoos considered offensive must be discreetly covered.

The role requires the ability to sell, handle, and dispose of alcohol, which is a significant revenue stream and a component of crew commission.

Candidates must reside within a 90-minute commute from their chosen base.

Legal and safety requirements necessitate that applicants must be:

  • Aged 18 or over.
  • Between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) in height, without shoes.
  • Able to pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical examination.
  • Capable of swimming 25 meters unaided, treading water, inflating a life jacket, and climbing into a survival raft from the water.
  • Able to fit into an aircraft jump seat with a shoulder harness and lap belt.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from £26,000 to £28,000. Part-time positions are available based on business needs. This position includes a generous commission, first-class training, a competitive annual leave allowance, excellent staff travel perks, and wellbeing benefits.
