Requirements:
- Passion for customer service: You possess strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional passenger experiences.
- Eagerness to learn: While flying experience is not required, a willingness to embrace training and development is essential.
- Customer service experience: Previous experience in a customer or people-facing role (minimum 3 months) is preferred.
- Fluent in English: Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Right to work in the UK: You must hold a valid passport and have unrestricted access to travel across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet Network (Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship is not available for international applicants).
- Tattoos: Tattoos are permitted, but must not be visible on the head, face, or neck. Any offensive or inappropriate tattoos must be discreetly covered.
- Alcohol sales: You must be able to sell, handle, and dispose of alcoholic products, as they are sold on all flights and contribute to both revenue and crew commission payments.
- Commuting distance: You must reside within a 90-minute commute of your assigned base.
Additionally, due to legal and safety requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Height: 5'2" (157.5 cm) to 6'3" (190 cm) in height without shoes.
- Medical fitness: Ability to pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical examination.
- Swimming proficiency: Ability to swim 25 meters unaided without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a survival raft from the water.
- Jump seat compatibility: You must be able to fit into an aircraft jump seat, which includes a shoulder harness and lap belt.
