Pilot - LR60 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) - Phoenix, Arizona
Cutter Aviation seeks a highly motivated and experienced aviation professional to join its team as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for its LR60 Learjet aircraft. As the primary representative of Cutter Aviation, this individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with clients, aircraft owners, operators, business partners, and the broader business aviation community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class, uncompromising service to clients.
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command for LR60 Learjet aircraft in both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand charter operations.
- Maintain 24/7 availability year-round, demonstrating adaptability to rotating schedules and short-notice callouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to all FAA regulations pertaining to flight operations, qualifications, currency, fitness for flight, and aircraft compliance.
- Implement established procedures for reporting irregularities during flights, ground checks, and diligently maintain accurate records.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current LR60 Type Rating (preferred).
- 3,000 total flight hours.
- 1,500 PIC hours.
- Valid and current FAA-issued Pilot License.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- No documented accidents, incidents, or sanctions in the past five years.
- Proven knowledge of general aviation aircraft, their service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers.
- Proven ability to effectively train the SIC pilot to perform their duties.
- A genuine desire to assist customers and be a contributing team member.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

- Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Part 135.293/297 in Type.
- Completion of FSI or Simuflite Training.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a drug screening test.

- Clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
