Captain: Pilatus PC-12 – Concord, NH (Remote)

Responsibilities:

The Captain will assume full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of all company flights, transporting company personnel and business associates. Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as aircraft commander.
• Conducting instructional and training flights for United Therapeutics personnel.
• Developing comprehensive flight plans, considering route, weather, restrictions, and schedules.
• Ensuring all aircraft systems and safety equipment are fully functional and approved by qualified technicians.
• Performing pre-flight checks and briefing passengers.
• Maintaining meticulous flight logs, documenting technical issues, and submitting required reports to the Director of Aviation.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED with 12+ years’ experience as a licensed commercial pilot; Associate's degree with 10+ years’ experience; or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years’ experience.
• Ability to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate within six months of employment.
• Certified Flight Instructor/Instrument rating.
• 4,000+ total flight hours.
• 2,000+ hours as Pilot in Command.
• 1,000+ hours Piloting a PC-12 as Pilot in Command.
• Thorough understanding of domestic and international aviation regulations.
• Exceptional flexibility and adaptability.
• Proven knowledge of in-flight safety procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; polite and personable demeanor.
• Proficiency in handling emergency situations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• ATP certification.
• Experience with PC-12 NG or NGX models.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range is $135,000 - $170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
