Captain: Pilatus PC-12 – Concord, NH (Remote)

Responsibilities:
The Captain will assume full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of all company flights, transporting company personnel and business associates. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as aircraft commander.
- Conducting instructional and training flights for United Therapeutics personnel.
- Developing comprehensive flight plans, considering route, weather, restrictions, and schedules.
- Ensuring all aircraft systems and safety equipment are fully functional and approved by qualified technicians.
- Performing pre-flight checks and briefing passengers.
- Maintaining meticulous flight logs, documenting technical issues, and submitting required reports to the Director of Aviation.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with 12+ years’ experience as a licensed commercial pilot; Associate's degree with 10+ years’ experience; or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years’ experience.
- Ability to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate within six months of employment.
- Certified Flight Instructor/Instrument rating.
- 4,000+ total flight hours.
- 2,000+ hours as Pilot in Command.
- 1,000+ hours Piloting a PC-12 as Pilot in Command.
- Thorough understanding of domestic and international aviation regulations.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability.
- Proven knowledge of in-flight safety procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; polite and personable demeanor.
- Proficiency in handling emergency situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- ATP certification.
- Experience with PC-12 NG or NGX models.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range is $135,000 - $170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
