Cabin Attendant: Gulfstream GIVSP - Tulsa, OK
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cabin Attendant for a full-time position supporting a Part 91 Gulfstream GIVSP based in Tulsa, Oklahoma (KTUL). The role is expected to involve approximately 150 annual flight hours.
Position Overview
The Cabin Attendant serves as a key member of the flight crew, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of safety onboard the aircraft. This role involves managing all aspects of cabin services to provide a seamless, efficient, and memorable experience for Clay Lacy clientele. The Cabin Attendant is tasked with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining cabin inventory, and preparing the aircraft to precise owner specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols during all phases of flight while providing exemplary passenger service.
- Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of the owner’s preferences, including food choices, dietary needs, allergies, and special requests.
- Maintains accurate passenger profiles and detailed aircraft inventory records.
- Organizes and maintains owner storage areas, ensuring all cabin supplies, bedding, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained.
- Conducts regular inventory checks to ensure the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Prepares the aircraft before each flight with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and perfectly stocked according to requirements.
- Sources, shops for, and stocks the aircraft with preferred items, managing supply rotation and replacement.
- Proactively identifies and addresses potential cabin wear and tear issues, coordinating with the Pilot in Command or relevant departments.
- Manages the safe loading and offloading of aircraft items as required, including during maintenance events.
- Sets up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, maintaining the highest presentation standards.
- Maintains flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the owner’s travel plans, adjusting to changes as needed.
- Ensures continuous communication with In-Flight Services management for operational support and coordination.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support overall cabin operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cabin Attendant on Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private or corporate jets.
- Must currently reside within a two-hour drivable commute range from the aircraft's base in Tulsa, OK. This position is not commutable.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid Food Handler Certification.
- Possession of a valid passport.
- Recent completion (within the past 12 months) of emergency training, including CPR/First Aid, from an approved training facility.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation Indoctrination training.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability to be "on-call" unless on a scheduled day off.
