Key Responsibilities
- Aircraft Operation: The Pilot is entrusted with the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring optimal performance under all conditions.
- Flight Management & Decision-Making: This role requires the ability to precisely determine departure times, optimize flight routes, and, when necessary, make informed decisions to modify or cancel flights based on dynamic weather conditions, operational factors, or other critical considerations.
- Regulatory & Company Compliance: The Pilot is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to all federal, local, and company aviation regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures throughout all phases of flight.
- In-Flight Adaptability: The incumbent must be capable of instituting all necessary operational changes as dictated by en route conditions, ensuring the flight continues safely and in complete compliance with established company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate aircraft type ratings is mandatory.
- The Pilot must be able to obtain and maintain a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum Flight Experience Requirements:
- 4000 hours Total Fixed Wing flight time.
- 1500 hours Multi-Engine Land flight time.
- 2000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time.
