Cabin Attendant – Gulfstream G650

Compensation: $190,000 – $240,000 per year
A full-time Cabin Attendant position is available for a Gulfstream G650 based in Van Nuys, CA (KVNY). The Cabin Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols onboard the aircraft. This role involves managing the overall operation of the aircraft’s cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and legendary experience for all clientele. The position also encompasses maintaining the aircraft’s inventory and ensuring the cabin is prepared and stocked according to owner preferences.
This position requires candidates to possess a minimum of three years of experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet operations. Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute range from the aircraft's base in Van Nuys, CA; this is not a commutable position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers.
- Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of the owner’s preferences, needs, allergies, and personalized requests related to inflight service.
- Regularly updates passenger profiles and maintains accurate records of aircraft inventory.
- Organizes and maintains cabin storage areas, including owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained.
- Conducts routine inventory checks to ensure the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Prepares the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is immaculate and all items are current and in place before each flight.
- Sources, shops for, and stocks the aircraft with owner-requested and preferred items, managing supply rotation and replacement as needed.
- Proactively identifies and addresses any issues related to the aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate maintenance department.
- Manages the safe offloading and on-loading of aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required.
- Sets up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards of presentation.
- Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s flight schedule, adjusting to changes as necessary.
- Maintains continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and support.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Travel Expectations:
Travel is required with prolonged overnight stays in domestic and international locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet operations.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute range from the aircraft's base in Van Nuys, CA (KVNY). This is a non-commutable position.
- Possession of a valid, unexpired driver’s license.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid Food Handler Certification.
- Possession of a valid and unexpired passport.
- Completion of Emergency Training from an approved facility within the past 12 months, including CPR/First Aid certification.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Ability to complete required company indoctrination training.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability to be "on-call" unless on a scheduled day off.
