Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and professional Cabin Attendant for a full-time position supporting a Part 91 Global 5500 aircraft based in Farmingdale, NY (KFRG). This role is integral to providing a seamless, efficient, and legendary in-flight experience for Clay Lacy clientele, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service excellence. The aircraft operates approximately 250 flight hours annually.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures strict adherence to all aviation safety regulations and protocols throughout all phases of flight and ground operations.
- Manages the overall operation of the aircraft's cabin services, delivering exceptional customer service tailored to discerning clientele.
- Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of owner and passenger preferences, including dietary needs, allergies, and special requests, ensuring personalized service on every flight.
- Maintains accurate passenger profiles and comprehensive aircraft inventory records.
- Organizes and maintains cabin amenities, including bedding, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything is accounted for and in excellent condition.
- Conducts thorough inventory checks to ensure consistency, quality, and readiness of all cabin items.
- Prepares the aircraft cabin meticulously before each flight, ensuring it is spotless, fully stocked with necessary amenities and catering, and arranged according to owner preferences.
- Coordinates sourcing, shopping, and stocking of specific owner-requested items, managing supply rotation and replenishment.
- Proactively identifies and reports any cabin maintenance needs or wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command or relevant departments.
- Safely handles the loading and offloading of aircraft items during maintenance or as required.
- Sets up the aircraft to meet impeccable standards for potential charter client showings.
- Maintains a flexible schedule, adapting readily to changes in flight itineraries and owner travel plans, including availability for weekends and holidays.
- Ensures continuous, clear communication with In-Flight Services management.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support cabin operations.
Travel Expectations:
- This position requires extensive travel, including prolonged overnight stays in domestic and international locations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience serving as a Cabin Attendant or Flight Attendant on large cabin private or corporate jets operated under Part 91 and/or Part 135.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of the aircraft base at KFRG (Farmingdale, NY). This is explicitly not a commutable position requiring relocation if necessary.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.
- Must possess and maintain a valid passport with unrestricted international travel capability.
- Current Emergency Training certification from an approved training facility, completed within the past 12 months, including CPR/First Aid.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Completion of required Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination and job-related training.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including being available "on-call" unless on a scheduled day off.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
