The Disney Aviation Group is seeking a highly qualified Pilot Captain to join its dedicated team of aviation professionals. This role is integral to providing safe, effective, and timely corporate air transportation services globally, enabling company business units to operate competitively. The Pilot Captain will be a key member of an innovative team, applying expertise and passion to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency in all flight operations.
The Pilot Captain serves as Pilot-In-Command for worldwide flight operations. This includes safely and effectively utilizing company aircraft, meticulously evaluating all risks, and strictly complying with domestic and international laws and regulations, company policies, and aviation standard operating procedures. The role requires maximizing the efficiency of flight operations and completing assigned administrative duties and projects as directed, making effective use of company resources and materials.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $244,200 to $327,400 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
