Role Overview

The Cabin Server will provide exceptional in-flight cabin services aboard the company's sophisticated fleet of large cabin aircraft. This position is dedicated to delivering a memorable and comfortable experience for all passengers, characterized by the highest standards of service and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest level of passenger comfort and service throughout the flight.
  • Create a memorable passenger experience through exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness.
  • Prepare and present catering and beverage orders accurately as requested by passengers.
  • Execute precise preparation of passengers and aircraft for landing, adhering strictly to established procedures.
  • Welcome passengers boarding the aircraft with utmost courtesy and professionalism.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization to exacting standards.
  • Manage aircraft stock and supplies, ensuring appropriate levels are consistently maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with the Captain regarding any passenger needs or plans that may influence flight operations.
  • Attend to routine owner requests with efficiency and discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the flight operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FAR Part 135 operations.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably within a high-end luxury hospitality environment.
  • Previous FACTS Training or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of cuisine and demonstrated cooking skills.
  • Previous corporate aviation experience is preferred.

Required Skills and Aptitudes

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically to all serviced destinations.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A consistently professional and positive attitude.
  • Meticulous attention to detail while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including moderate bending, lifting of various weights (including supplies and catering), and sustained periods of sitting or standing.
  • Availability to work a rotating schedule, such as 8 days on / 6 days off, a fixed schedule, or approximately 16 days per month on a variable schedule.

Working Conditions

  • The role involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying environmental conditions (wet, humid, extreme heat/cold), high and precarious places, and outdoor weather.
  • Potential exposure to chemicals, including aviation fuels and lavatory fluid.
  • The work environment is typically loud.

Physical Requirements

  • Demands include considerable to moderate bending and lifting of various weights, including supplies and luggage.
  • Physical exertion related to cleaning and stocking of aircraft.
  • Ability to push open and pull closed aircraft doors (maximum force of 30 lbs).
  • Capability to stand and sit for extended durations.
  • Proficiency in visual and auditory assessment of conditions.

Domicile Requirement

Candidates must reside within a 90-mile radius of one of the company's approved domiciles, with a preference for residing near a major metropolitan area.
