We are currently seeking a Lead Captain for our Phenom 300 based in Oxford, CT. The ideal candidate should have a track record of leadership capabilities and demonstrated crew as well as owner communications and management skills.

Candidates should be typed, preferably current, and reside within a two-hour drive radius. Commuters with a reasonable commute time may be considered.

Position: Lead Captain

Aircraft: Phenom 300

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Oxford, CT

Operation: Part 91; approximately 295 to 310 hours annually

Compensation/Benefits: $200,000 to $230,000; fully paid medical/healthcare premium.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • All candidates must apply from claylacy.com/careers to be considered.
  • Demonstrated Lead Captain experience.
  • Minimum requirements include 5,000 hours of total time, 3,000 hours of PIC time, and 1,000 hours of Turbine time.
  • ATP and Type Certification with a minimum of 200 hours in Type.
  • Prefer candidates within a two-hour drive time, however, commuters with reasonable commute time may be considered. Individuals considering relocation should clearly indicate this on their resume or cover letter with an estimated timeframe.
  • Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
  • Comply with all Federal Aviation regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies & procedures.
  • Must be able to pass DOT/FAA drug screening, and background checks and submit to random drug/alcohol tests when required.
  • Full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including Medical as well as completion of a disclosure form, will be required as part of the application process.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
