Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Cabin Attendant for a full-time position supporting Gulfstream G700 operations. Based in Oxford, CT (KOXC), this role demands a professional dedicated to delivering unparalleled service, upholding the highest safety standards, and ensuring a seamless and legendary experience for all clientele.
- Aircraft: Gulfstream G700
- Location: Oxford, CT (KOXC) – Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft's base. This is not a commutable or fly-in/fly-out position.
- Compensation: $190,000 – $195,000 annually, complemented by fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
- Operation: Part 91/135; approximately 400 flight hours annually.
Position Summary
The Cabin Attendant is entrusted with the overall management of the aircraft’s cabin services, ensuring meticulous preparation, operation, and maintenance of a luxurious environment. This pivotal role involves strict adherence to all aviation safety protocols while providing personalized, top-tier service tailored to owner preferences, thereby creating an extraordinary private aviation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, delivering exceptional service to passengers at all times.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the owner's specific food preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and other personalized requests.
- Proactively update passenger profiles and maintain accurate, detailed aircraft inventory records.
- Organize and maintain owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, meticulously accounting for and preserving all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and essential equipment.
- Conduct routine inventory checks to guarantee the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin provisions.
- Prepare the aircraft with necessary amenities, bespoke catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is impeccably spotless and all items are current and correctly positioned before each flight.
- Source, shop for, and expertly stock the aircraft with the owner’s preferred items and requests, systematically rotating supplies and replacing items as required.
- Proactively identify and address any issues related to the aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating effectively with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or the appropriate maintenance department.
- Safely offload and onload aircraft items during scheduled maintenance events or as operational requirements dictate.
- Set up the aircraft impeccably for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it consistently meets the highest standards of presentation and luxury.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to seamlessly accommodate the owner’s itinerary, adjusting to changes in flight schedules with efficiency and professionalism.
- Ensure continuous and clear communication with In-Flight Services management to support smooth operations and effective team coordination.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or requested, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
Travel Expectations
This position requires extensive domestic and international travel, frequently involving prolonged overnight stays.

- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including day, night, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments, unless on a scheduled day off, as schedules are subject to change.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 in a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
- Residency within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s home base at KOXC.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Current and active Food Handler Certification.
- Valid, unexpired passport.
- Current Emergency Training certification from an approved training provider (completed within the past 12 months), including CPR and First Aid.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire.
