Position Summary
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cabin Attendant for a full-time position aboard a state-of-the-art Gulfstream G700, based at Oxford, CT (KOXC). This pivotal role is responsible for delivering unparalleled, legendary service to Clay Lacy clientele, while meticulously upholding the highest safety standards and operational protocols. The Cabin Attendant will manage all aspects of aircraft cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and bespoke luxury travel experience for all passengers.
Aircraft & Operation Details
- Aircraft: Gulfstream G700
- Location: Oxford, CT (KOXC) – Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s base.
- Operation: Part 91/135; approximately 400 hours annually.
Compensation & Benefits
A highly competitive annual salary of $190,000 – $195,000 is offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes fully paid medical and healthcare premiums, dental, vision, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, life insurance, and generous paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Attendant will diligently perform a range of duties, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence:
- Ensure strict compliance with all aviation safety regulations and protocols, while consistently providing an outstanding and secure travel experience for all passengers.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the owner’s food preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and other personalized requests to deliver highly anticipatory and bespoke service.
- Regularly update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records to ensure optimal cabin readiness.
- Organize and maintain owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and meticulously maintained.
- Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies and amenities.
- Prepare the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless, current, and all items are impeccably in place before each flight.
- Proactively source, shop for, and stock the aircraft with the owner’s requested and preferred items, managing supply rotation and replacement as needed.
- Identify and address any issues related to the aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating effectively with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate maintenance departments.
- Safely offload and on-load aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required.
- Set up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards of presentation and luxury.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s dynamic travel plans, adjusting efficiently to changes in flight schedules.
- Maintain continuous and clear communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and comprehensive support.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support overall flight operations.
Travel Expectations
Extensive domestic and international travel will be required, involving prolonged overnight stays.

Essential Job Functions

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience operating as a Cabin Attendant under Part 91 and/or Part 135 regulations within a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s home base at KOXC; this is not a commutable or fly-in/fly-out position.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Active Food Handler Certification.
- Valid, unexpired passport.
- Current Emergency Training certification from an approved training provider (completed within the past 12 months), including CPR and First Aid.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire.
