The organization is actively seeking an exceptional Captain to manage and operate a state-of-the-art Challenger 605 aircraft under Part 91 regulations. This full-time position is based at the Waterbury-Oxford Airport in Oxford, CT (KOXC). The successful candidate will join a dedicated flight department supporting approximately 250 flight hours annually.

- Residency Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid type rating and are required to reside within a two-hour drivable commuting distance of the Oxford, CT (KOXC) base. This is a non-commutable position, requiring either current residency or immediate relocation.
Required Experience and Licensing
Prospective Captains must demonstrate substantial flight experience and hold the following mandatory certifications:
Minimum Aeronautical Experience
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
- Turbine Time: 1,000 hours
Required Certifications and Ratings
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Bombardier CL-604 Type Certification is mandatory, with a minimum of 200 hours logged in type.
Professional Responsibilities and Compliance
The Challenger 605 Captain is expected to uphold the highest levels of safety and operational efficiency by:
- Ensuring strict compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Adhering rigorously to the Company Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and established company policies.
- Successfully completing a pre-employment drug screening and comprehensive background check.
- Providing full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), the Medical Certificate, and completing a disclosure form as part of the formal application process.
