The Pilot in Command holds responsibility for all facets of complex and dynamic aircraft operations aboard the Managed Challenger 300. The successful candidate collaborates closely with crew members to ensure safe, efficient, and professional air transportation services for aircraft owners, consistently representing Airshare with the highest level of professionalism.

This pivotal role seeks innovative and imaginative professionals dedicated to meeting the growing business demands safely and effectively. Flight operations are strictly Part 91, totaling approximately 300 flight hours annually. Travel predominantly involves weekday business missions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Prospective Pilots in Command must possess either a four-year degree or equivalent professional experience, coupled with robust flight time requirements:

  • Minimum of 5,000 total flight hours.
  • Minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) jet time.
  • Demonstrated recent corporate flying experience is required.
  • Must be located within one (1) hour of the assigned aircraft base.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong preference for candidates who hold a current and type rating for the Challenger 300 aircraft.

Required Certifications and Requirements

  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Must meet all regulatory currency requirements regarding instrument flight time and night landings.
  • Successful completion of an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
