Part 135 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) - Captain

Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Salary
Annual base compensation begins at a minimum of $135,000 per year.
Bonus Opportunity
A performance-based bonus opportunity is available. To qualify, applicants must secure approval from the insurance carrier to act as PIC following the completion of the operational evaluation (OE, 25 hours) training. Eligibility is contingent upon the applicant already holding a PIC CE-525 type rating and successfully completing all initial training phases.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following mandatory professional certifications and experience metrics:
- Airman Transport Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land (AMEL) Rating (ATP).
- Current and valid 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours Total Flight Time.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours Turbine Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time.
- Valid Driver’s License, valid US Passport with no travel restrictions, and a current FCC Operator Permit.
- Must be able to travel unrestricted to Canada, Mexico, and all nations within the Caribbean region.
- A clear professional record demonstrating no incidents, accidents, or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) sanctions within the last five years.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing between 50 to 75 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following highly desired attributes:
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) type rating in the CE-525 aircraft model.
- At least 250 hours logged in type (CE-525).
- A total of 2,500 hours of multi-engine flight time.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience utilizing the ProLine 21 Avionics Suite.
- Prior operational experience under Part 121 or Part 135 regulations.
