About the Role:
Cirrus Aircraft is seeking an experienced and dedicated Corporate Pilot III to join its Flight Operations department. This position presents a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience within a dynamic aviation environment.
The primary responsibility of this role is supporting Cirrus One, our comprehensive solution for aircraft owners seeking a seamless and effortless experience. Cirrus One encompasses a range of services, including concierge services, line service, aircraft maintenance, and pilot services.
As a Corporate Pilot III, you will act as pilot in command of Cirrus aircraft, conducting Part 91 corporate flight operations, maintenance return-to-service flights, and aircraft repositioning. The ideal candidate possesses impeccable airmanship, exceptional problem-solving skills, and thrives in an autonomous environment. Strong flight planning, resource management, and time management skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold all industry regulations and Cirrus safety protocols while performing job duties.
- Deliver exceptional and professional customer service.
- Exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions concerning flight safety.
- Act as pilot in command of Cirrus aircraft for corporate, Cirrus One, ferry, and maintenance flights.
- Execute pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring the aircraft is clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Cirrus aircraft technology and products.
- Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems and serve as a model aviator and Cirrus representative.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues as required.
- Enhance flight safety by delivering high-quality, standardized flight services.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- FAA Pilot Certificate:
- Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (Required)
- Instrument Airplane (Required)
- ATP (Preferred)
- Certified Flight Instructor Airplane and Instrument (Preferred)
- Current Second-class Airman Medical Certificate or higher (Required)
- 1,250 total flight hours (Required)
- 100 total hours in SF50 (Required)
- Experience with IFR in congested airspace, mountain flying, extensive IMC, international flights, and night flying (Preferred)
