About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead all flight crew members, providing comprehensive training, expert guidance, and performance oversight.
- Develop, maintain, and rigorously enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the highest levels of safety and operational efficiency.
- Guarantee that all flight operations are conducted in strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry-leading safety standards.
- Regularly participate in flight duties, encompassing both domestic and international operations.
- Strategically coordinate pilot scheduling, manage duty time limitations, and ensure optimal flight readiness.
- Evaluate and mentor pilots, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring unwavering regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the strategic management of aviation department expenditures and proactively identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Support maintenance oversight activities, including inspections and audits, in close coordination with maintenance personnel and external vendors.
- Maintain all required operational records and ensure the accurate and timely documentation of training, flight hours, and certifications.
- Collaborate effectively with senior leadership to define departmental goals and spearhead safety initiatives.
- Champion a robust culture of teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service throughout the flight department.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10,000 total flight hours, including:
- 5,000 hours in turbine aircraft.
- 5,000 hours as Pilot in Command.
- Possession of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate and a Commercial Pilot Certificate.
- Significant experience in both domestic and international flight operations.
- A minimum of five (5) years of dedicated corporate aviation experience.
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Profound understanding of FAA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS) programs, and aviation industry best practices.
- A professional, discreet, and service-oriented demeanor.
- The proven ability to adapt swiftly in dynamic situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- A valid, unrestricted passport.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Type-rated in Challenger 604 preferred.

Physical Demands & Travel
