About the Role:
As a Phenom Instructor Pilot, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier flight training in both simulator and classroom settings. You will guide clients through their training journey, acting as a subject matter expert and ensuring their success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive simulator/flight and classroom instruction for various licensing, type ratings, and certifications.
- Conduct detailed pre and post-flight simulator briefings adhering to CAE's high standards.
- Maintain meticulous training records, recommend remedial training as needed, and track personal instructional qualifications and activities.
- Contribute to curriculum and courseware development leveraging your subject matter expertise.
- Act as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman after an initial period (1.5+ years) based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
- Demonstrate a passion for teaching and possess excellent communication skills.
- Exhibit proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based applications.
- Be willing to participate in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
- Possess legal authorization to live and work in the United States.
- Previous experience flying business aircraft is considered a significant asset.
