Candidates for this role are required to possess:
Pilots holding an EASA license, who previously held a UK Part-FCL license, are required to provide a copy of their previous UK license or proof of UK training and a UK license award during the application process.
Job offers will primarily be made for the Boeing 787 fleet. British Airways is committed to a long-term vision of a Boeing single fleet operation, where pilots operate the Boeing 777, 777X, and 787 aircraft. Transfers to other fleets will be made available via an internal system, based on seniority.

Candidates who are unsuccessful at any stage (screening, interview, testing or assessment) can reapply after 6 months. Those who are unsuccessful at the simulator assessment must wait 12 months before reapplying. Applicants can apply to one airline within the British Airways family at a time (British Airways, Euroflyer, or Cityflyer) and must wait until the specified re-apply period has elapsed, following an unsuccessful application.
Successful candidates will be placed in a hold pool and receive a maximum of 2 job offers. Declining a second job offer will mean removal from the hold pool and a requirement to reapply after 12 months.
