Job Summary & Mission

The C604 First Officer supports the Aircraft Commander in the safe and efficient execution of all flight operations, whilst also serving as a critical interface with valued customers. This role is pivotal in maintaining Draken Europe's distinguished reputation, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the company's commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Assists the Commander in all aspects of flight operations, strictly adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operates with an unwavering commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and the highest professional standards.
Maintains comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of relevant UK and international aviation legislation.
Represents Draken Europe with impeccable integrity, discipline, and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence.
Responds decisively and effectively to emergency situations as required, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Supports the company’s mission, upholds its core values, and adheres to stringent operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Possession of a valid UK Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL(A)) or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL(A)) and a current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Successful completion of Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) courses.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of civil flight operations; military or government aviation experience is highly desirable.
Exhibits a high degree of personal integrity, exceptional adaptability, and a strong customer-centric focus.
Possesses the proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure and to make sound, timely decisions.
