First Officer - Loganair (UK Regional Airline)

Key Responsibilities:
The First Officer's primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist the Captain throughout all flight phases, including pre-flight briefings, comprehensive flight planning, and precise aircraft performance calculations.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections to ascertain aircraft airworthiness and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Operate the aircraft strictly in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and all applicable aviation regulations.
- Continuously monitor weather conditions, maintain effective communication with Air Traffic Control (ATC), and implement necessary adjustments to flight plans for optimal safety and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous flight records, including flight logs, duty times, and maintenance discrepancies.
- Adhere rigorously to all safety procedures, encompassing pre-flight safety checks, emergency briefings, and full compliance with aviation safety regulations.
- Provide essential assistance during emergency situations, including coordination of evacuations, aircraft securing procedures, and comprehensive support to passengers and crew.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and positive flight experience.
- Actively participate in recurrent training programs to continuously maintain and enhance professional skills, knowledge, and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications & Essential Criteria:
- Eligible to live and work indefinitely in the UK.
- Possession of a valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.
- English language proficiency to ICAO Level 4 or above.
- Holder of a current UK CAA Licence, including Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR), Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (A-UPRT), and Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) Certificate.
- Holder of a valid and current UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
