Licence and Certification: Applicants must possess a current UK CAA Flight Crew Licence (ATPL(A), fATPL(A), or MPL). Alternatively, candidates holding an EASA licence are required to meet the specific "Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements" stipulated by the UK CAA (Routes 3, 4, 5, or 6).

Medical Fitness: A valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.

Physical Attributes: Candidates should have a height between 1.57m (5’2”) and 1.91m (6’3”). Applicants exceeding 1.91m may still apply but will be subject to a functionality check to confirm their ability to operate effectively within the diverse fleet cockpit environments. A high level of general physical fitness is also required.

Language Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English to ICAO Level 6 is essential.

Travel Documentation: Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 12 months remaining until its expiry date.
