The ideal candidate will possess a current UK-issued CAA Flight Crew Licence, either an ATPL(A), fATPL(A), or MPL, or hold an EASA license and fulfill the UK CAA's "Third Country CPL and ATPL license conversion requirements" (routes 3, 4, 5, or 6). A valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical certificate is also required. The pilot must be between 1.57m (5’2”) and 1.91m (6’3”) in height. Pilots exceeding 1.91m may apply, but they will be subject to a functionality assessment to ensure they can meet the seating requirements across various fleet types. The position requires a good level of physical fitness, along with spoken and written English proficiency at ICAO Level 6. A valid passport with a minimum of 12 months remaining before the expiry date is mandatory. Pilots who currently hold an EASA license, but previously held a UK Part-FCL license, are required to submit a copy of their prior UK license, or proof of UK training and UK license issuance, with their application materials.
