Aviation Pilot Opportunity at Draken
Draken is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced aviation professionals to join its distinguished team. Minimum Requirements
- Total Flight Time: Candidates must possess a minimum of 1,000 hours of total flight time.
- Licensing: Applicants are required to hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine Rating (ME), and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) certification.
- Accepted Licenses: Licenses issued by EASA, FAA, ICAO, or UK CAA are recognized and accepted.
- Medical Certification: A current Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher is required.
- UK CAA Validation: Willingness to complete UK CAA Licence Validation for G-registered aircraft is essential for this position.
- Operational Understanding: A deep understanding of customer operational needs and platform capabilities is expected.
- Aviation Experience: Demonstrated experience in military or government aviation operations is required.
Highly Desirable Qualifications
- Fast-Jet Aircraft Experience: Over 1,000 hours of flight time accumulated on fast-jet aircraft.
- Recent Military Fast-Jet Flying: Military fast-jet flying experience acquired within the last six years.
- Instructional/Weapons Expertise: Holding a Qualified Weapons Instructor or Flying Instructor certification.
- Platform Experience: Proven experience on single-seat, radar-equipped air-to-air platforms.
Desirable Qualifications
- Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course: Completion of a Multi-Crew Cooperation course.
- Civil Aviation Familiarity: Familiarity with civil aviation environments and procedures.
- Software Proficiency: Competence with Microsoft Office tools.
