Key responsibilities include ensuring the safety and comfort of all Guests and Team Members, providing an exceptional in-flight experience through welcoming interactions, and skillfully managing high-stress situations with calm professionalism.

The role involves diligent monitoring of the aircraft cabin, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and serving meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol).

Candidates must clearly communicate instructions, including emergency procedures, administer first-aid as needed, and conduct security screenings.

Adherence to FAA regulations, company procedures, and ongoing training is paramount, alongside demonstrating personal responsibility, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Flight Attendants work a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours and must exhibit flexibility due to potential schedule changes from operational or weather-related factors.
Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older at the time of application and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions (e.g., U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and able to travel internationally without interruption. A current Passport with at least six months validity remaining is essential.

Reside within a two-hour driving distance of the Provo Municipal Airport (PVU) Crew Base.

Successfully complete an initial, uninterrupted 3+ week full-time Flight Attendant training course within three months of application.

Proficiently read, write, speak, and understand the English language for clear communication, announcements, and emergency commands.

Meet physical requirements including: sufficient vision and hearing; ability to reach overhead emergency equipment without assistance and ensure adequate cabin head clearance; capacity to sit and secure oneself in a jumpseat.

Capable of serving alcoholic beverages and adhering to all FAA and DOT travel regulations.

Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test, TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check, and Breeze background checks.

Be willing to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, as well as "Reserve Assignments," due to operational demands.

Adhere to Breeze Airways Tattoo and Piercing policy, with no teeth embellishments allowed in uniform.

Must be able to perform the full range of physical duties, including bending, kneeling, standing, walking, moving through aircraft aisles (even during turbulence), lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling catering carts, opening/closing overhead compartments (approx. 50 lbs force), and operating aircraft doors/emergency exits (approx. 90 lbs force).

Ability to assist disabled passengers and work comfortably in a pressurized cabin environment with changes in altitude and air pressure.
