Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot, Captain to join the Customer Delivery division within the Laurent Beaudoin Completion Center Flight Operations department. Reporting to the Manager, Flight Operations, the Pilot, Captain plays a critical role in ensuring the exceptional standards of Global aircraft through meticulous flight operations.

Key Contributions to the Team:
The Pilot, Captain is responsible for a range of flight activities essential to the delivery process and efficient flight operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting production ground and flight tests to validate aircraft airworthiness.
- Performing demonstration flights for prospective customers.
- Executing Customer Acceptance flights.
- Completing Ferry flights.
- Carrying out comprehensive pre and post-flight activities.
- Providing support for the weekend schedule when required for extended periods.
- Potentially supporting the Bombardier Flight Test Center.
- Reviewing manuals and other documentation as needed.
- Performing secondary duties to support the broader flight operations team.
Qualifications and Experience:
To thrive in this challenging role, the Pilot, Captain should possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Holding a valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical certificate is required.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time is necessary, including at least 500 hours as Pilot in Command on large multi-engine aircraft.
- A BD700 and/or G7500 endorsement is considered a significant asset.
- Required flexibility to work irregular hours and travel on short notice.
- Previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training is a definite asset.
- Possession of a US ATP is considered an asset.
- The right to work and live in Canada is required.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Capability to execute the duties of an aircraft commander while maintaining positive and cooperative relationships with crew and management.
- Proficiency in managing stressful situations.
- A working knowledge of MS Office is required.
