Jet Aviation seeks a Captain for its Gulfstream 550 operations in Knoxville, Tennessee. This onsite, full-time position is categorized under Flight Services, with a career level for Technicians/Crew. The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of state-of-the-art aircraft, leading a professional crew, and ensuring an exceptional experience for discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Command all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
• Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under applicable security programs.
• Conduct passenger safety briefings or assign the duty to the second in command.
• Support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and uphold Jet Aviation's commitment to a secure environment.
• Record and report all aircraft discrepancies as they occur.
• Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork according to company procedures.
• Represent Jet Aviation, showcasing professionalism and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Required:

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
• 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
• 1,500 hours Multi-Engine
• 500 hours Turbo-Jet
• 500 hours Turbine
• 100 hours Night
• 75 hours Simulated Instrument
• Ability to work a variable schedule
• Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
• Appropriate Aircraft type rating and currency

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $250,000 to $270,000. This range is not a guaranteed offer. Final salary will be determined based on candidate experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
