Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $130,000
• Home-Based Location: Within 2 hours of an airport in the lower 48 states.
• Schedule Options: 8/6 and 15/13 (travel days included).
• Company Credit Cards and Per Diem: $65 domestic and $95 international per diem for meal expenses.
• Upgrade and Advancement Opportunities: Instructor, Standards/IOE Captain, Check Airman roles available.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience flying other Citation variants.
• Strong 135 background.
• Long-term commitment to career advancement and growth with the company.

Minimum Requirements:

• ATP Certification
• 1st Class Medical Certificate
• CE-560XL Type Rating
• 3,000 hours total flight time
• 1,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC)
• 250 hours in type
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Requirements:

• Initial/recurrent in type within the previous 36 months.
• 500 hours in type.
• International experience.
