Job Summary
ConocoPhillips' Global Aviation group operates an expansive fleet, transporting over 140,000 passengers annually to support worldwide business interests. This role involves joining the Global Aviation Team as a pilot.
Position Overview
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Department operating policies and procedures, conducting oneself in a professional and courteous manner, adapting to changing schedules, ensuring passenger service requirements are met, demonstrating self-motivation and efficiency without direct supervision, performing aircraft pre-flight and post-flight duties, completing aircraft logbooks and operations forms, operating the aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and policies, and possessing the ability and willingness to travel and remain in locations other than the assigned home station for extended periods. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Operations.

Basic/Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Current/Valid driver’s license
- Current/Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot License
- Current/Valid FAA First Class Medical Certification
- Current/Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Pass Transportation Security Administration screening for access to restricted airspace and airports
- 2000 hours total flight time
- 500 hours turbojet flight time
- Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to physically lift up to 75 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Aviation, Aeronautics, other related field, or foreign equivalent
- Type rated with 500 hours in Embraer ERJ-145
- 1 or more years of experience in military, VIP, corporate or business aviation flight operations
- 1 or more years of experience in an advanced technology cockpit with EFIS and FMS systems
- 1 or more years of experience with leading standards, training, safety, ISBAO, Emergency Response Plan or manual writing
- Intermediate level of proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Position is contingent upon the successful completion of all required initial or recurrent training and proficiency checks appropriate to the aircraft type.
- Zero history of drug or alcohol related incidents.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical evaluation.
- Successful completion of all background requirement checks.
- No FAA unresolved violations.
