Job Description
Surf Air Mobility is seeking a qualified Captain for the Caravan C-208 aircraft. This Exempt position reports to the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations. The role offers a route structure that allows most pilots to return home daily, with flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Piloting the Caravan C-208 aircraft in accordance with all company and FAA regulations.
Requirements

Current FAA ATP or Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument rating.

Minimum of 1200 flight hours total time.

500 hours Cross Country flight time.

100 hours Night flight time.
-
75 hours Instrument flight time (no more than 25 simulated).

Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.

Radio Operators Certificate.

Valid US Passport.

Availability and flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the C-208 aircraft.

100 hours of Turbine total time.

Part 135 experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Guaranteed 65 Block Hours per month.

Hotel accommodations during training (approximately 25 days).

Paid training at $400 per week.

Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance with significant company contribution.

Company-paid $50,000 Life Insurance Policy.

$45 flat rate per diem for overnights away from assigned base.
