Captain - Beechcraft BE1900
This Part 135 cargo airline seeks a highly motivated and qualified Captain to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be based out of Bellingham, WA (BLI), operating a Beechcraft BE1900 on a Monday-Friday schedule. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate the aircraft in accordance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic operational environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land, instrument rating, high performance, and complex endorsements.
- 1,800 hours total time.
- 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
- 500 hours cross-country flight time (point-to-point).
- 250 hours multi-engine time.
- 100 hours turbine time.
- 100 hours instrument time (50 hours in actual instrument conditions).
- 100 hours night time.
- Meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) conditions.
- Previous FAR Part 121 or 135 experience.
- Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent training completed within the past 6 months.
Schedule:
- The standard schedule involves departing Bellingham (BLI) on Monday evenings, overnighting in Boeing Field (BFI), and returning to Bellingham the following morning. Hotel accommodations will be provided in BFI.
