Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be entrusted with, but not limited to, the following core responsibilities:

• Operating Beechcraft 1900 aircraft in strict adherence to all applicable aviation regulations and established corporate policies and procedures.
• Upholding the highest standards of flight safety and delivering exemplary customer service.
• Executing professional and precise communication, both internally and externally, for complex aircraft operations.
• Conducting flight operations safely and efficiently across diverse conditions, including day, night, and various weather scenarios.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 1200 hours of total flight time, with significant experience in Beechcraft 1900 aircraft.
• Possession of Multi-Engine (ME), Instrument, and Commercial pilot ratings.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 pilot requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete Alpine Air's comprehensive training program, demonstrating full proficiency with all job requirements.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding the English language.
• Ability to routinely lift and maneuver up to 70 pounds of cargo to shoulder height, utilizing safe lifting practices.
• Capable of repeatedly bending and squatting as required by operational duties.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is preferred.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, comprehensive background check, and receipt of U.S. Postal clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and a residency record demonstrating 4.5 years within the U.S. over the past 5 years.

Working Conditions

This position involves frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. Work is primarily performed outdoors, necessitating adaptability to various weather conditions. The typical noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a Full-Time position offering a highly competitive compensation package. First-year Captains can anticipate earning approximately $90,000 annually, leveraging various compensation programs such as rate per route and per diem. Many Alpine Air pilots exceed this figure, reflecting excellent opportunities for earnings.
