Position Overview
Ameriflight, LLC is actively seeking qualified Captains to operate the Beechcraft Be99 aircraft. This vital role involves ensuring the safe and efficient execution of cargo flights, contributing to the company's esteemed reputation in the regional airfreight industry. Pilots will typically operate a 5-day work week, with flights commencing in the morning and concluding in the evening, and lodging provided at the outstation. Please note that schedules may be subject to variation based on specific base assignments and flight requirements.
The annual base salary for this position is $76,503.
Relocation and Initial Assignment
Successful candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere within the United States. The initial 90 days post-training will be designated as a "floater" role, allowing for broad operational experience. Following this introductory period of flying the line, a permanent base will be assigned for relocation.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this Captain position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Compliance with FAR 135.243(c) requirements for Pilot in Command (PIC) in Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) conditions.
- Minimum flight hour requirements: 1,200 Total Time (TT), 500 hours as PIC, 500 hours Cross-Country (XC, defined as point-to-point), 50 hours Multi-engine, 75 hours Instrument time (with at least 50 hours in an aircraft), and 100 hours Night time.
- Successful completion of an Instrument Proficiency Check or a 121/135 recurrent check within the preceding six months.
- Possession of a Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument ratings, along with high-performance and complex endorsements.
- A First Class or Second Class Medical Certificate (First Class Medical required for international operations).
- A current FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- A valid Passport.
- English language proficiency.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and unrestricted travel in and out of the U.S.
- Ability to meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check.
- A valid Driver’s License and adherence to all company insurance criteria.
