Role Overview: Hawker 800XP First Officer
The Hawker 800XP First Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and exemplary operation of corporate jet aircraft. This position is central to delivering the exceptional private aviation experience for which Air Partners Corp. is renowned. Key responsibilities include:
- Upholding Safety Standards: Ensuring all aircraft operations strictly adhere to Transport Canada regulations and internal safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of passengers and crew.
- Delivering Premier Customer Service: Providing unique and highly personalized flying experiences, leveraging aviation expertise and a steadfast commitment to unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Fostering Team Collaboration: Actively participating in Crew Resource Management (CRM) with fellow flight crew members and various departments, fostering an environment of open communication, mutual respect, and collaborative decision-making.
- Navigating Dynamic Routes: Operating flights across diverse and exciting international destinations, including Canada, the United States, Mexico, and occasionally Europe, embracing a varied and stimulating operational environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
Prospective candidates for the Hawker 800XP First Officer position are expected to meet the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 2000 hours total flight time.
- At least 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License with IATRA or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) examinations successfully completed.
- Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- An unwavering commitment to aviation safety and the delivery of exceptional service.
- Hold a valid Canadian Passport without any travel restrictions.
- Ability to successfully obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- While not strictly required, prior time on the Hawker 800XP type or other jet aircraft experience is considered highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in corporate flying operations is preferred but not mandatory.
