About the Role
Air Charter Scotland seeks a highly professional and discreet Private Jet Flight Attendant to join its expanding team. Based in Liverpool, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class service aboard VIP and executive charter flights. This role involves ensuring the comfort and well-being of high-profile clients while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality and confidentiality. A flexible and proactive approach is essential to meet the dynamic requirements of private aviation and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to charter clients and owners, focusing on providing the best possible customer experience.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Communicate confidently and demonstrate emotional intelligence, adapting style to engage clients and colleagues while representing the company brand.
- Make informed decisions impacting service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Understand the commercial implications of decisions regarding catering, stock levels, and service presentation.
- Collaborate with the Cabin Crew Manager and Base Managers to maintain optimal stock levels and control.
- Maintain a network to support catering and ground services, such as FBOs and cleaning teams.
- Contribute to the creation of packing plans, catering adjustments, and procedural implementation.
- Exhibit flexibility and resourcefulness in dynamic situations.
- Quickly build rapport and establish relationships with diverse colleagues, both airborne and on the ground.
- Act as a committed, hardworking, and reliable team member, understanding how individual contributions support team results.

Candidate Profile

Requirements
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant, with prior experience in private or corporate aviation being essential.
- Ideally reside within approximately 90 minutes of Liverpool.
- Hold a valid 10-year UK/EU passport with a minimum of 6 months validity, permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.
- Adhere to company uniform guidelines.
- Maintain fitness standards in line with regulations, company operational manuals, and instructions.
- Ability to obtain a full and valid airside ID, subject to Disclosure Scotland checks.
- Consent to testing for psychoactive substances (drugs & alcohol) upon employment and as required by the airline during employment.
- Must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK. Sponsorship cannot be offered for this position.
