Job Summary:

The Cabin Crew serves as a brand ambassador, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and upholding a positive corporate image. The role is paramount in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight cycle. The successful candidate will maintain operational readiness and fitness, adhering strictly to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Conduct:

    Ensures timely attendance, presents a professional appearance through proper grooming, and maintains physical fitness and operational legality for assigned flights. Actively participates in pre-flight briefings to stay informed on flight specifics, role assignments, security protocols, and boarding procedures.

  • Safety & Security:

    Educates passengers on essential safety procedures, prioritizing their well-being throughout the journey. Proactively identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective measures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provides necessary first aid assistance to passengers. Promptly reports any irregularities or equipment malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain as appropriate.

  • Customer Service Excellence:

    Warmly welcomes passengers and assists with boarding processes. Maintains accurate records in the aircraft log book in compliance with airline and regulatory procedures. Delivers consistent, excellent customer service, attending to individual passenger needs and pre-bookings. Identifies and supports passengers experiencing difficulties or stress, following outlined procedures. Actively contributes to maximizing on-board revenue through promoting meals, products, and charity initiatives, working towards individual and team sales targets. Ensures the secure handling of all cash and credit card transactions for sales and donations.

  • Aircraft Operations & Reporting:

    Conducts thorough pre-flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other specified items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain. Assists in verifying the cleanliness of the aircraft cabin at transit stations and confirms adequate replenishment of catering and duty-free stock. Ensures smooth and complete handover/takeover procedures with ground staff (catering, cleaning, maintenance). Completes post-flight duties including debriefings and assessment reports, providing objective feedback and reporting discrepancies. Takes accountability for passenger conduct and is capable of fulfilling Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain.

  • Professional Development & Teamwork:

    Maintains professional competency and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedure workshops, and ensuring current licensing. Contributes positively to team performance by achieving allocated targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Age: Between 20 and 33 years
  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
  • Weight: To be in proportion to Age and Height
  • Clear complexion free of visible marks or tattoos when in uniform
  • Medically and physically fit to perform the demanding duties of a Cabin Crew member
  • Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device

Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is required. A diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
  • Training certifications in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures are considered valuable assets.
  • Must be certified as 'Fit to Fly' with good general health and no serious or chronic medical conditions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.

Experience:

  • Applications from fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality sectors is considered an added value.
  • Possession of an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
  • The role requires the ability to work effectively in a shift pattern and accommodate extended working hours.
  • Demonstrates high levels of flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and demanding schedules.
  • Proven ability to contribute to team goals and successfully adhere to policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
