Air Arabia Cabin Crew Position – Bosnia Recruitment Drive
Air Arabia seeks a highly motivated and professional individual to join its cabin crew team. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, prioritizing passenger safety, comfort, and loyalty while upholding Air Arabia's corporate image. This role demands consistent delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the entire flight cycle, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and Safety:
The Cabin Crew member will ensure punctual attendance, maintain impeccable grooming, and meet all regulatory requirements. Pre-flight briefings will be attended diligently. Responsibilities encompass:
- Instructing passengers in safety procedures and ensuring their well-being throughout the flight.
- Identifying and reporting safety and security risks to the Cabin Supervisor, implementing corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administering first aid as needed.
- Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel (Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, Captain).
Customer Service and Revenue Generation:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, including:
- Welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding procedures, accurately recording data in the aircraft logbook.
- Addressing passenger requests and needs, exceeding expectations in service delivery.
- Assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulty, following established company policies and procedures.
- Promoting on-board meals, products, and the “Charity Cloud” program to maximize revenue and meet individual and team targets.
- Accurately handling cash and credit card payments.
Operational Procedures and Reporting:
The role includes:
- Conducting pre-flight checks of supplies, equipment, and catering, reporting any deficiencies.
- Ensuring thorough cabin cleaning at transit stations and adequate re-stocking before departure.
- Managing the orderly handover and takeover of the cabin to/from relevant support staff.
- Completing post-flight briefing and assessment reports, documenting any issues or discrepancies.
- Reporting on passenger conduct and assuming the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
- Maintaining professional development through recurrent training, including emergency procedures, and workshops; ensuring license currency.
- Contributing to team goals and achieving sales targets.
Essential Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height.
- Clear complexion, free from visible marks or tattoos.
- Excellent physical and medical fitness for cabin crew duties.
- Ability to swim with a flotation device.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred).
- First Aid, safety, and emergency procedure training is highly desirable.
- Excellent health, free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases; fit to fly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the aviation or hospitality industries is advantageous.
- A current cabin crew license is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work shifts and extended hours; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules.
