Opportunity for Pilots in South America

Air Arabia's Pilot Recruitment Team is excited to announce an upcoming recruitment and assessment event in Bogota, Colombia, scheduled from 15th to 19th September 2025. This exclusive opportunity is extended to highly skilled and motivated Pilots based in South America who are keen to join Air Arabia's expanding A320 fleet as either Captains or First Officers.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

Air Arabia invites applications from experienced aviation professionals who meet the following criteria:

Type Rating: Valid A320 Type Rating (minimum 2 months validity at joining). Current on A320.
Total Flying Time: Minimum 4000 hours total flying time (typically required for Captains; First Officer requirements may vary but demonstrate strong experience).
A320 Family Experience: Minimum 800 hours on A320 Family aircraft.
Recent Flight Experience: Flown Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) aircraft within the last 12 months.
Licensing: Current and unrestricted ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
Medical: Unrestricted, current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Age Limit: Maximum age of 60 years.
Language Proficiency: English Language Fluency Level 4 or better.
