The airline is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Aviation Professionals, including Captains and First Officers, to join its rapidly expanding, modern Airbus A320 fleet. This significant opportunity is specifically tailored for aviation professionals based in South America.
Committed to enhancing global connectivity, entering new markets, and driving operational excellence and innovation, Air Arabia has consistently demonstrated robust growth. The airline’s modern fleet currently comprises 83 owned and leased Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft, with two additions made in early 2025. A substantial order of 120 new aircraft is slated for delivery starting late 2025, further fueling an aggressive network expansion that saw 13 new routes launched across its UAE, Morocco, Egypt, and Pakistan hubs in the first half of the year.
Furthermore, Air Arabia is a key consortium member, alongside Nesma Group and KUN Holding, in the establishment and operation of a new national low-cost airline based at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This new venture, aiming for an early 2026 operational launch, will significantly enhance domestic and international air connectivity for the Eastern Province of the Kingdom.

What Air Arabia Offers
Air Arabia provides a highly competitive annual remuneration package, encompassing a basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance, and layover and meal allowances. Pilots have the potential to achieve a competitive tax-free annual income, calculated on a basis of 70 flying hours per month. Comprehensive additional benefits include:

Qualifications and Requirements (Captain - Airbus A320)
Prospective Captains applying for these esteemed positions are required to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A320 Type Rating
- Minimum of 4000 hours total flying time
- Minimum of 800 hours on the A320 Family aircraft
- Recent flight experience on Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) aircraft within the last 12 months
- A valid A320 type rating with a minimum of 2 months validity remaining upon joining
- Current and unrestricted ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Current on A320 aircraft
- Unrestricted, current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Maximum age: 60 years
- English Language Fluency Level 4 or higher
