A2G International currently seeks a qualified Cessna 337 Skymaster Pilot to join its professional flight team.
Position Summary
The Cessna 337 Skymaster Pilot is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of Cessna 337G/H aircraft. This role includes identifying maintenance faults, coordinating with Mission Systems Operators (MSOs), and ensuring mission execution in accordance with FAA standards. The position is based in Titusville, FL, with a requirement for 50%–100% travel to support CONUS operations. Please note that application management is facilitated through the Pacifico Energy Group (PEG) portal, though all employment remains directly with A2G International.
Key Responsibilities

Complete all safety and flight documentation in compliance with FAA standards and company safety programs.

Conduct pre-flight planning and aircraft checks; coordinate mission execution with Mission Systems Operators.

Prioritize crewmember safety and maintain high standards of customer relations.

Monitor airspace, weather, radio communications, flight boundaries, air traffic, and aircraft systems.

Coordinate flight logistics with Fixed Base Operations, military range control, Air Traffic Control (ATC), and Mission Coordination Services.

Operate modified Contractor-Owned/Contractor-Operated (COCO) aircraft under VMC/IMC conditions, maintaining night currency and instrument proficiency.

Perform duties as an Aviation Safety Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Pilot Scheduler, Tactical Operations Officer, or Flight Operations Manager as assigned.

Conduct flight operations from remote or austere locations, including unimproved runways.
Requirements
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years of related professional experience.

Qualified in mission, type, design, and series of the aircraft.

Minimum 1,000 hours of documented Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.

Minimum 300 hours of PIC time in multi-engine turboprop aircraft (500+ hours preferred).

Cessna 337 experience is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and Clearances

Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.

Current FAA Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license.

Active Secret-level security clearance or higher.

Preferred: US military or government law enforcement pilot background.

Preferred: US military-trained Fixed Wing Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Pilot, or Instrument Examiner.

Preferred: Prior overseas rotation experience on US government contracts.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, with the ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.

Must meet all FAA visual and auditory medical standards, including the ability to communicate clearly via headset despite ambient aircraft noise.

Requires the stamina for long, sequential work days in varying climates and environments.

Must be capable of maneuvering effectively within confined aircraft spaces.

Work involves exposure to loud aircraft noise, moving mechanical parts, and outdoor weather conditions in open-air hangars or on flight lines.

Willingness to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
