Position Summary
The Pilot is responsible for assisting the Captain with the preparation and proper execution of all assigned flights. The Pilot reports directly to the assigned Captain and provides support during preflight, in-flight, and post-flight operations. Key duties include supervising aircraft refueling, ensuring the aircraft is clean and properly stocked, maintaining current navigation publications, and performing additional non-flying duties as assigned. The Pilot serves in a training capacity for the Captain position and must be prepared to assume Captain responsibilities when necessary.
Candidate Requirements

Education:
Associate degree or equivalent experience with specialized aviation knowledge and training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience in Part 91, Part 121, or Part 135 flight operations.

Flight Time:
A minimum of 2000 flight hours; 500 hours of multiengine flight time preferred.

Aircraft Preference:
Experience with Falcon 2000 EASy II, Gulfstream G500, or similar turbine aircraft is preferred.

Certifications:
Must hold or be able to obtain appropriate type ratings. Must possess a valid FAA Commercial Pilot License, First Class medical certificate, restricted radiotelephone operator permit, and a U.S. passport.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills:
Basic computer literacy.

Clearance:
Must consent to and pass a 10-year background check, including verification of employment history, FAA records, and driving records.

Travel:
This role may require four or more international trips per year.
