Role Summary:
As a pivotal brand ambassador for flydubai and the vibrant city of Dubai, the Cabin Crew team plays a critical role in ensuring passenger safety while consistently delivering outstanding customer service. The Cabin Crew member serves as an integral part of a dynamic, multicultural team, contributing to a safe, unique, consistent, and reliable inflight environment for a diverse global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. This includes adhering strictly to safety regulations, executing emergency procedures effectively, and providing attentive and professional service to meet diverse passenger needs. Cabin Crew members collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain a positive atmosphere onboard and uphold the airline's high standards of service and safety.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
- A minimum height of 158 cm is required, in accordance with aviation safety regulations.
- A well-groomed and professional appearance is essential, adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos are permitted while in uniform.
- Possession of a valid passport is mandatory.
- Applicants must be in good health and capable of passing an aero medical examination.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Confidence in water is necessary, including the ability to remain afloat while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- The role demands flexibility and a willingness to work irregular hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service are expected.
- The ability to be respectful, adaptable, and thrive in a multicultural team environment is crucial.
- A strong safety-conscious mindset is essential, coupled with the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE, is a condition of employment.
Education & Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- International aviation experience is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is required, with experience in aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors being ideal.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The compensation package includes a basic salary plus housing and transportation allowances, totaling approximately USD 2,252 per month.
- Variable flying pay is also provided, averaging approximately USD 1,200 per month based on an average of 90 flying hours.
- A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 applies for the first year of service.
- Additional benefits include Medical Insurance, End of Service Benefit, 30 days of paid leave annually, an Annual Leave Ticket, concessional tickets for family and friends, and an open-ended contract.

Information Security Responsibility:
The role requires adherence to the Company's Information Security (ISR) policies. This includes diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. All required ISR awareness sessions must be completed, and associated guidelines followed in day-to-day business operations.
