flyadeal is seeking a highly skilled A320 Captain to join its growing network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of the aircraft, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with GACA regulations and company policies.

Exercise command authority and responsibility for all flight operations and crew members onboard.

Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, discipline, and decision-making at all times.

Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage the flight deck and cabin crew to deliver a safe and positive customer experience.

Monitor weather, operational conditions, and aircraft performance to make sound operational decisions.

Promote a strong safety culture and report hazards, incidents, or irregularities as required.

Represent flyadeal with professionalism both on duty and during layovers.
