Minimum Candidate Requirements
Candidates aspiring to join flyadeal as a pilot must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Age requirement: Under 59 years at the time of hiring.
- Certifications: Possession of a current ICAO, EASA, or FAA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
- Type Rating: A current A320 Type Rating is essential.
- Total Flying Time: A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours on aircraft exceeding 30 tons, equipped with FMC (Flight Management Computer) and EFIS (Electronic Flight Instrument System) or a comparable glass cockpit.
- PIC Hours: A minimum of 2,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on the A320 or on a turbojet aircraft exceeding 30 tons, featuring FMC and EFIS or a similar glass cockpit.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 medical certificate issued by an ICAO State.
- Instrument Rating and LPC: Current and valid Instrument Rating and a recent Landing Proficiency Check (LPC).
- English Proficiency: Minimum Level 4 English Language Proficiency.
- Logbook Verification: Verifiable and certified logbook hours.
- Safety Record: An unblemished record concerning flight accidents, serious incidents, or criminal convictions.
